About Me
As a licensed mental health counselor, I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults who seek to understand and express their emotions in relation to their life experiences and identity. My approach is rooted in psychodynamic therapy, incorporating trauma-informed, narrative, and relational techniques to help clients process their feelings and deepen self-understanding.
I utilize parts work, attachment theory, and somatic techniques to emphasize the mind-body connection. My expertise extends to neurodivergent clients, those with chronic illnesses, queer individuals, and those processing spiritual deconstruction and grief. I envision therapy as a journey of exploring the roots of emotions and experiences, much like nurturing a tree's foundation to allow for growth and flourishing.
My goal is to create a safe, attuned space where clients can freely express themselves, explore their inner world, and work towards a more integrated life. Through this process, we address past traumas and uncover patterns, ultimately fostering personal growth and emotional well-being.
